Absolutely spot on with these signs! I recently went through a series of interviews and experienced several of these indicators. Firstly, the interviewer's body language was incredibly positive - lots of nodding and smiling, which immediately put me at ease. Also, the language they used was very telling; there was a lot of 'when you start' instead of 'if you start.' This subtle difference in wording didn't go unnoticed and definitely boosted my confidence. Additionally, the interview felt more like a casual conversation rather than a rigid Q&A session, which seemed like a good sign. But what really sealed the deal for me was when they introduced me to other team members and gave me a tour of the office. It felt like they were already welcoming me into the fold. And yes, they did contact my references soon after, which was the final hint I needed. All these signs culminated in me getting the job offer! Darryl Snow
